Products & Shipping

To ensure the freshness of our products, everything is made to order. Goodies are shipped within 72 hours after payment has been processed. Allow 7-10 business days to receive your package. Due to the nature of natural ingredients, products may vary in color.

Returns & Refunds

Our customer's satisfaction goes beyond the point of sale. Due to the nature of the product, un-used merchandise may be returned by mail within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by:
• original receipt
• packing slip
• all original packaging

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order minus shipping.

**Sample sizes may not be returned.**

Currently, we are unable to process new orders during the return process. If you wish to replace an item, please place another order online. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you insure your item upon return. Shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the container(s) for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s), please contact us. You will receive a response within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8 and 5 EST).

Keep in mind that our hair & body balm is heat sensitive and may be exposed to extreme temperatures during shipping. Melting can often be resolved by placing the item in a cool place, such as the refrigerator, before using. Butters may crystallize (become grainy) if they soften/melt and then re-solidify too slowly, but this will not impact the quality or usability.
